Shipping policy
How Meegy fulfills orders, which carriers we use, and what to expect for delivery, tracking, and international shipments.

This policy describes shipping practices for orders placed through the Meegy storefront operated by Zapnow, Inc. Actual delivery options, costs, and estimated dates are shown at checkout and may vary by destination, inventory location, and carrier capacity.
1. Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday– Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment authorization. During product launches, holidays, or severe weather, processing may take longer; we will display notices on the site or email you if a delay exceeds five business days.
Address verification: Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay shipment. You are responsible for providing a deliverable address. Re-shipment after a carrier return may incur additional shipping fees.
2. Carriers and service levels
We ship with major carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or comparable regional partners). The available service levels (economy, standard, expedited) depend on your region, package weight, and whether the SKU contains lithium batteries or other restricted materials.
Signature requirements: High-value shipments may require adult signature at delivery. If you waive signature where permitted, risk of loss passes to you upon carrier release without signature, to the extent allowed by law.
3. Estimated delivery dates
Estimated delivery ranges shown at checkout are not guarantees unless explicitly labeled “guaranteed” and purchased as a guaranteed service. Carriers may experience delays beyond our control.
4. Tracking
When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with a tracking number when the carrier provides one. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate. If you do not receive tracking within five business days of shipment notice, contact support@meegy.io.
5. Split shipments
Orders containing multiple SKUs may ship in separate packages from different warehouses. You will not be charged extra for standard split shipping beyond what was disclosed at checkout.
6. Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass as described in our Terms of service and applicable law. Generally, once the carrier obtains possession of the package, carrier terms govern loss or damage in transit; we will assist with carrier claims for qualifying cases.
7. International shipping
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage collected at delivery or checkout, depending on the shipping method and jurisdiction. You are the importer of record unless stated otherwise.
- Delays in customs inspection are common and are not grounds for a refund of shipping costs unless required by law.
- Products with wireless certifications, batteries, or encryption may be restricted in certain countries; you are responsible for confirming legality before ordering.
8. PO boxes and restricted destinations
Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses for oversized or battery-containing parcels. If checkout accepts your address but the carrier cannot fulfill, we will contact you to arrange an alternate address or cancel the line item.
9. Undeliverable and refused packages
Packages returned as undeliverable or refused may be refunded less round-trip shipping and restocking where permitted. Frequent refusals may result in cancellation of future orders.
